At Transformer Table, we stand by the quality of our modular furniture and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new space-saving solution isn't the perfect fit, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery provided the items are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure the item is not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Schedule Transportation

  Once your request is approved, our logistics team will coordinate a specialized furniture carrier to collect the items directly from your home.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
